3. Corporate Project Approval
All printed, digital, and visual assets designed by MAFTH during client operations are subject to final contract parameters and explicit approvals by the Client and the designated design controller: SC Media LTD.
No digital assets or visual campaigns may be distributed publicly until standard QA cycles and design office sign-offs are completed.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MAFTH, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, including founder İbrahim Türkmen, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our marketing execution, whether such liability is under contract.
MAFTH shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
5. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
